How do I cancel an order on TechEnvision?
Cancellation before product has shipped:
- If order is cancelled before the desired product is shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.
Cancellation after product has shipped:
- If product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.
- If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement only if it is defective or is other than one which was ordered.. See 10 Day Replacement Guarantee for further details.
How do I return a purchased item? What is the procedure to return a product to TechEnvision?
In order to initiate a return,and further helpin procedure please call our customer service at +91 7719857474 or email us at info@zankareducationalcds.com. Our customer service representative will assist you with the process.
- Contact us for getting an unique RETURN Number/id along with return form.
- Kindly mention the return number on package.
- Please include the original contents, certificates, and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.
- Please return the shipment to our warehouse at the address below.

- In case of the product is received in damaged condition during transit, please contact our customer service at +91 7719857474. before sending the shipment back to us. Our customer service representative will guide you in preparing the return shipment. For the damaged product returns, you will be reimbursed up to Rs 50 towards your shipping costs, provided you include the courier receipt along with the return shipment. The product received back will be subject to strict quality check.
How will I be refunded for the return?
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, a cheque of the equivalent amount will be sent to you upon request.
